.DISCUSSION...

Today winds will be out of the south increasing to 12mph by 10am with
gusts increasing to 25-30mph by 2-3pm.  No winds shifts are expected
until Friday morning.  Temperatures today increase to the mid 60s with
Min RH values around 48% by 2-3pm.  Skies will be mostly clear until
late afternoon when some low to mid cloud cover will increase possibly
as low as 2-3kft.  Mixing heights today should be around 2kft.
Ventilation rates should be adequate for smoke dispersion at least until
the mid to late afternoon when low level moisture and clouds diminish
ventilation rates.
