A WINDS ADVISORY HAS BEEN POSTED FOR AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF A
LINE FROM SABETHA TO EMPORIA. NORTHWEST WINDS COULD GUSTS OVER 40
MPH THROUGH THE MORNING. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN
DIMINISHING BY THE EARLY AFTERNOON.
