CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT. HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL
REACH 100 TO 110 THIS AFTERNOON.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE EVENING AND OVERNIGHT ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY FOR MUCH
OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL KANSAS. HEAT INDEX VALUES AROUND 105
DEGREES ARE EXPECTED ON SUNDAY.
