THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL...NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

SCATTERED STORMS WILL PROGRESS EAST ACROSS NORTHERN KANSAS THIS
MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE
SEVERE.

ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER CENTRAL AND
NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS BY MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. A FEW OF THESE
STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE WITH LOCALLY DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL
MAINLY WEST OF HIGHWAY 77. THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO EXPAND THROUGH
TUESDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA...AND WHILE THEY SHOULD
WEAKEN AFTER SUNSET...A FEW MAY CONTINUE TO PRODUCE HAIL UP TO THE SIZE
OF QUARTERS. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY
NIGHT AS WELL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON INTO
WEDNESDAY NIGHT ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA. THE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS, HAIL, AND A FEW TORNADOES. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL IS ALSO POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR STRONG STORMS THURSDAY
ACROSS EAST CENTRAL KANSAS.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE REQUIRED LATER TODAY MAINLY WEST OF
HIGHWAY 77.
