THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 9 PM CDT
THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL BE STRONG FROM LATE MORNING THROUGH MID
  EVENING WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED BETWEEN 1 PM AND 8 PM.

* WINDS...GUSTS TO 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS IN
  THE 25 TO 30 MPH RANGE.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT...PARTICULARLY FOR
  MOTORISTS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
  ROADWAYS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
