THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A FREEZE
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 10 AM CDT
MONDAY. A FREEZE WARNING HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED FROM 11 PM MONDAY
TO 9 AM CDT TUESDAY. A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM
CDT THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...NORTH WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING.
  TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW FREEZING AFTER MIDNIGHT
  AND STAY BELOW FREEZING UNTIL MID MORNING MONDAY. A KILLING
  FREEZE IS LIKELY TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...GUSTS TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED...WITH SUSTAINED WINDS IN
  THE 25 TO 30 MPH RANGE. THESE WINDS SHOULD GRADUALLY DIMINISH AS
  THE EVENING PROGRESSES.

* TEMPERATURES...MONDAY MORNING LOWS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 28
  T0 31 DEGREES. TUESDAY MORNING LOWS SHOULD RANGE FROM 22 TO 25.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT...PARTICULARLY FOR
  MOTORISTS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
  ROADWAYS. UNPROTECTED VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED.
