  CENTRAL KANSAS...WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS EXPECTED FROM 1 PM TO 5
  PM.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 35
  MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BECOME DIFFICULT...PARTICULARLY FOR
  MOTORISTS OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
  ROADWAYS.
