CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
  northeast Kansas.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small
  tree limbs could be blown down.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
