* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED THIS
  MORNING SO SLOW DOWN...USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS AND LEAVE PLENTY OF
  DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.
