THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITIES ACROSS THE AREA ARE EXPECTED LESS THAN
  A MILE...WITH WIDESPREAD AREAS OF A QUARTER MILE OR LESS.

* IMPACTS...BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
  VISIBILITIES IN FOG MAY VARY QUICKLY OVER A SHORT DISTANCE. IN
  ADDITION...VISIBILITIES MAY BECOME SEVERELY RESTRICTED NEAR
  RIVERS...LAKES...BRIDGES...AND LOW LYING AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL
TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE DRIVING SPEED...AND ALLOW FOR
PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER CARS. YOU CAN OVERTAKE
ANOTHER VEHICLE QUICKLY IN POOR VISIBILITIES...SO SLOW DOWN AND
