THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 PM
CST THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS MORNING WITH THE STRONGEST
  WIND GUSTS EXPECTED DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH GUSTS
  OF 40 TO 45 MPH LIKELY AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...CROSSWINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH OR GUSTS TO
45 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
