* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Geary, Morris, Wabaunsee, Washington, Brown, Jackson,
  Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie, and Riley Counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 6 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small
  tree limbs could be blown down too. Isolated power outages may
  result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution while driving.
