...NWS Damage Survey for April 16, 2024 Tornado Event in Central
Osage County...

.Overview...
An EF1 tornado touched down at 5:51 this morning about a
mile north of the Eisenhower State Park at Melvern Lake and moved
north lifting a couple miles west of Lyndon. The tornado was on the
ground for three and a half miles causing damage to mainly trees.
One home was hit by the tornado causing it to shift on it`s
foundation and light could be seen between the floor and wall.
