PERIOD. STRATUS DECK SHOULD REMAIN IN PLAY OVER KTOP/KFOE
TERMINALS AND GRADUALLY BUILD TOWARD KMHK THIS EVENING. AS THE
UPPER TROUGH APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE GREAT BASIN AREA, LOW
PRESSURE DEVELOPS AND GRADUALLY ADVECTS IN FAVORABLE MOISTURE TO
CREATE A SET UP WHERE VIS/CIG RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE COMMON AND
COULD REACH INTO IFR AND LIFR CATEGORIES. HAVE KEPT THE GOING
FORECAST IDEA WITH THIS IN MIND AS ALL INGREDIENTS LOOK TO BE IN
PLACE. VCTS WITH ELEVATED STORMS POSSIBLE NEAR 12Z TIME FRAME.
