PRECIP FREE THE REST OF THE PERIOD. HAVE KEPT VCTS IN TOP/FOE
THROUGH 03Z, BEFORE THE FRONT MOVES EAST OF THESE SITES. WINDS
WILL SHIFT FROM THE NE OVERNIGHT AND CEILINGS/VISBYS BEHIND THE
