EARLY OVERNIGHT HOURS. MODEL SOUNDINGS SHOW CIGS LOWERING TO
MVFR/IFR CONDITIONS WITH SOME LOWER VIS FROM PATCHY FOG POSSIBLE
AS WELL. HOWEVER, CONFIDENCE IS LOW WITH REGARDS TO ANY FOG THAT
MAY DEVELOP AND HOW LOW VISIBILITIES MAY DROP. CIG/VIS CONDITIONS
SHOULD IMPROVE BY MID SUNDAY MORNING WITH SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS
GUSTING UPWARDS OF 20-25KTS THROUGH THE DAY BEFORE DIMINISHING BY
