NIGHT. THE FREEZING RAIN MAY MIX WITH SLEET AND SNOW AT TIMES
BEFORE ENDING. EXPECT CEILINGS TO RANGE FROM MVFR TO VLIFR THROUGH
THE MORNING HOURS. THROUGH THE LATE MORNING CEILINGS SHOULD
INCREASE TO MVFR AND POSSIBLE VFR CELINGS. VISBILITIES WILL
DECREASE TO 1 TO 2 MILES IN THE HEAVIER RAIN AND FREEZING RAIN.
