BECAUSE F THIS THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS LATE. HAVE
INCLUDED A TEMPO FOR TS BASING TIMING ON THE HIRES MODELS.
ALTHOUGH CONFIDENCE IS LOW SINCE FORCING APPEARS TO BE WEAK AND
