AVIATION...(FOR THE 06Z TAFS THROUGH 06Z WEDNESDAY NIGHT)
ISSUED AT 1142 PM CDT TUE SEP 23 2014

MODELS CONTINUE TO SHOW THIS SCATTERED SHOWER AND TS ACTIVITY
AROUND THE TERMINALS AS LONG AS THE UPPER TROUGH AXIS REMAINS TO
THE WEST. THE GENERAL CONSENSUS IS FOR THE UPPER TROUGH AXIS TO
MOVE EAST OF THE TERMINALS BY NOON. THEREFORE HAVE LIGHT PRECIP
AT TOP AND FOE UNTIL 17Z AND THINK MHK MAY STAY JUST ON THE
WESTERN EDGE OF PRECIP. THE WILD CARD IS THE SMALL CLUSTER OF
CONVECTION IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEB. LATER SHIFTS WILL NEED TO WATCH
THE TRENDS WITH THIS. OTHERWISE THINK VFR CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY TO
PREVAIL EVEN IF RAIN MOVES IN. THE ONLY RESTRICTION MAY BE SOME
BRIEF MVFR VSBY DUE TO MODERATE RAINFALL. HOWEVER I DON`T
ANTICIPATE THIS LASTING VERY LONG SO HAVE MAINTAINED VFR VSBY
THROUGHOUT THE FORECAST PERIOD.
