CONFIDENCE WAVERS ON EXACT TIMING OF SNOWFALL AS SHORT TERM
GUIDANCE IS IN DISAGREEMENT. BELIEVE DRIER AIR AT THE SURFACE WILL
TAKE SOME TIME TO OVERCOME SO HAVE DELAYED SNOWFALL BEGINNING UNTIL
