VFR PREVAILS AS DRY AIR TO THE NORTH ADVECTS SOUTHWARD THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON. NORTHWEST WINDS AT 10 KTS BACK TO THE WEST AND WEAKEN
DURING THE AFTERNOON. ANOTHER COLD FRONT PASSES BETWEEN 04Z AND 05Z
WITH HIGHER CONFIDENCE IN MVFR STRATUS DEVELOPING ALONG AND NORTH
