SOUTHEAST FLOW BECOMES ESTABLISHED. AT THIS POINT IT APPEARS THAT
CIGS SHOULD BE VFR AFTER 00Z WITH SCT CUMULUS WHICH WITH ANOTHER
NIGHT OF RADIATIONAL COOLING/WEAK WINDS SHOULD GIVE RISE TO A
