UNCERTAINTY IN THE LOCATION OF A WEAK OUTFLOW BOUNDARY NEAR TAF
SITES INTRODUCES SUBSTANTIAL UNCERTAINTY TO THIS TAF. EXPECT
MORNING WINDS TO GENERALLY BE FROM THE EAST WITH MVFR CIGS,
ALTHOUGH THOSE CIGS SHOULD SCATTER BY LATE MORNING OR EARLY
AFTERNOON. TS SHOULD DEVELOP NEAR TAF SITES BY MID/LATE AFTERNOON
WITH PERIODS OF TS THROUGH THE NIGHT. AMENDMENTS WILL BE
NECESSARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THUNDERSTORM IMPACTS.
