IFR CEILINGS WERE NOTED BEHIND THE FRONT. IF THE FRONT MOVES
THROUGH KTOP AND KFOE BY 14Z, THEN THERE MAY BE A PERIOD OF 2 TO 3
HOURS OF IFR CEILINGS. THERE SHOULD BE ENOUGH BOUNDARY LAYER
MIXING FOR CEILINGS TO RISE INTO THE LOW MFVR CATEGORY LATE THIS
MORNING AND THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE OF LIGHT
RAIN OR LIGHT RAIN MIXED WITH SNOW CHANGING TO SNOW BEFORE ENDING
