AFTERNOON HOURS. LIGHT RAIN WILL DEVELOP AND DROP CEILINGS TO IFR
LEVELS LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EVENING. EVENTUALLY THE
LIGHT RAIN WILL MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SNOW THROUGH THE NIGHT.
