AREA.  THESE SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH FOE/TOP WITHIN THE HOUR
AT 12Z, ALTHOUGH THIS ARRIVAL COULD BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED AS SHOWERS
ARE DECAYING ON THE EASTERN EDGE OF THIS CLUSTER.  ONCE THESE
MORNING STORMS MOVE EAST OUT OF THE AREA, MODELS SUGGEST
