Water levels will approach flood stage for the following streams:
Black Vermillion River.

For the Black Vermillion River at Frankfort, the latest stage was
16.4 feet at 5 AM Saturday. Flood stage is 19.0 feet.The maximum
stage forecast is 18.4 feet this afternoon.

Later statements, possibly warnings, may be issued as additional
information becomes available.
