AT 10 PM CDT...SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLEAR ACROSS THE STATE OF KANSAS.
TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 58 DEGREES IN ELKHART TO 75 DEGREES IN
MEDICINE LODGE.


AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE PLAINS LATE
SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY. THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS
ALONG THE DRY-LINE ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS LATE SATURDAY
AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO DEVELOP ALONG A COLD FRONT
ACROSS NORTHERN KANSAS SATURDAY EVENING. RAIN AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES
WILL INCREASE AS THE UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS KANSAS
SATURDAY NIGHT AND INTO SUNDAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE STATE ON SUNDAY ALLOWING THE RAIN TO CHANGE
TO SNOW ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTHERN KANSAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO
SUNDAY NIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST
ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS SUNDAY AFTERNOON. EXPECT A COLD RAIN
ACROSS SOUTHERN KANSAS SUNDAY NIGHT. HIGHS WILL BE WARM ON
SATURDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 80S ACROSS SOUTHWEST KANSAS AND
LOWER TO MID 80S ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE STATE. EXPECT COOLER
TEMPERATURES SUNDAY ACROSS NORTHWEST KANSAS WITH HIGHS FALLING
THROUGH THE LOWER 40S INTO THE 30S. HIGHS ON SUNDAY AHEAD OF THE COLD
FRONT ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS WILL REACH THE MID TO UPPER 70S.
