AND NORTHWESTERN DOUGLAS COUNTIES. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WINDS OF
45 TO 55 MPH AND HEAVY RAIN. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD BE AFFECTED
