MORNING...AND IS LOCALLY DENSE IN SPOTS...BRINGING VISIBILITY
DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS. MOTORISTS IN FAR NORTHEAST KANSAS
SHOULD USE CAUTION IN LOW SPOTS AND NEAR RIVER VALLEYS WHERE FOG
IS THICK. THIS INCLUDES TRAVELERS ALONG HIGHWAY 36 AND HIGHWAY 75.
