ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN OTTAWA...WESTERN CLAY...CLOUD AND
SOUTHWESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WINDS
AROUND 50 MPH AND HEAVY RAIN. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD BE AFFECTED
