SOUTHERN RILEY...MORRIS AND WESTERN WABAUNSEE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 AM
CDT...

At 417 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles northwest of White City to 6 miles
southwest of Marion. Movement was north at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Strong wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and
         vegetation is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Manhattan, Junction City, Herington, Council Grove, Alma, Ogden,
Grandview Plaza, Riley, White City, Alta Vista, Hope, Dwight,
McFarland, Woodbine, Wilsey, Parkerville, Latimer, Keats, Council
Grove Lake, and Volland.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 290 and 332.
