* AT 354 PM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM NEAR KEENE TO 5 MILES NORTH OF ALLEN...MOVING EAST
  AT 30 MPH.

  HAZARD...70 MPH WIND GUSTS.

  SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED 70 MPH WIND GUST 2
MILES WEST OF KEENE AT 354 PM.

  IMPACT...EXPECT CONSIDERABLE TREE DAMAGE. DAMAGE IS LIKELY TO
