* AT 405 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER SILVER
  LAKE... MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH. RADAR INDICATES WIND GUSTS
  NEAR 70 MPH ARE POSSIBLE NEAR SILVER LAKE AND WILLARD.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.
