OTTAWA COUNTY UNTIL 815 PM CDT...

AT 749 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR MINNEAPOLIS...
AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

HAZARD...70 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS. AT 745 PM, A STORM CHASER
REPORTED WIND GUSTS AROUND 70 MPH AND QUARTER SIZED 4 MILES NORTH
NORTHEAST OF MINNEAPOLIS. THE WIND GUST ALMOST BLEW A SEMI TRUCK
OVER.

IMPACT...HAIL DAMAGE TO VEHICLES IS EXPECTED. EXPECT CONSIDERABLE
         TREE DAMAGE. WIND DAMAGE IS ALSO LIKELY TO MOBILE HOMES...
         ROOFS AND OUTBUILDINGS.
