AT 333 PM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM NEAR ALTA VISTA TO NEAR ALLEN TO OLPE...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. RADAR INDICATES WIND SPEEDS NORTHEAST OF
COUNCIL GROVE OF NEAR 80 MPH.

HAZARD...70 MPH WIND GUSTS AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.

IMPACT...HAIL DAMAGE TO VEHICLES IS EXPECTED. EXPECT CONSIDERABLE
