AT 919 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES SOUTH OF
RANDOLPH...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

HAZARD...PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL AND 60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

SOURCE...LAW ENFORCEMENT. AT 910 PM...RILEY COUNTY POLICE REPORTED
         POWER LINES AND POWER POLES DOWN JUST SOUTH OF
         LEONARDVILLE.

IMPACT...PEOPLE AND ANIMALS OUTDOORS WILL BE INJURED. EXPECT HAIL
         DAMAGE TO ROOFS...SIDING...WINDOWS...AND VEHICLES. EXPECT
         WIND DAMAGE TO ROOFS...SIDING...AND TREES.
