AT 457 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR POWHATTAN...
AND MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.

HAZARD...SOFTBALL SIZE HAIL AND 60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED 4.75 INCH HAIL 7 MILES
         NORTH OF NETAWAKA AT 453 PM.

IMPACT...PEOPLE AND ANIMALS OUTDOORS WILL BE SEVERELY INJURED. EXPECT
         SHATTERED WINDOWS...EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO ROOFS...SIDING AND
         VEHICLES.
