AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 45 MPH.

HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.

SOURCE...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS. 57 MPH WINDS WERE REPORTED AT THE
BILLARD AIRPORT AT 1038 PM.

IMPACT...EXPECT DAMAGE TO ROOFS...SIDING AND TREES.
