...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN FRANKLIN...EASTERN ANDERSON AND SOUTHEASTERN DOUGLAS
COUNTIES...

At 1026 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles east of Vinland to 3 miles northwest of Blue
Mound, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Baldwin City, Wellsville, Greeley, Lane, Rantoul, Kincaid, and
Vinland.

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 188 and 198.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for east central
Kansas.

building.
