A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS
MORNING.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN BETWEEN 30 AND 33 DEGREES
  OVERNIGHT INTO THIS MORNING. THE MOST INTENSE FREEZING RAIN
  SHOULD OCCUR THROUGH 4 AM WITH LINGERING LIGHT PRECIPITATION
  THROUGH SUNRISE. WHILE FREEZING RAIN WILL BE THE PRIMARY
  PRECIPITATION TYPE...IT WILL LIKELY BE MIXED WITH SLEET AND SNOW
  AT TIMES.

* TOTAL SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...THERE MAY BE UPWARDS OF A
  TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE ACROSS PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
  THROUGH 4 AM. LITTLE TO NO SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED.

* WINDS...LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS...INCREASING TO 10 TO 15 MPH LATE THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL COULD BECOME DIFFICULT OVERNIGHT THROUGH THIS MORNING.
