showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in southeast
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Thunderstorms with locally heavy
rain were located in Choctaw and Adair counties in Oklahoma and
Washington county in Arkansas. The precipitation was in the
Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville area. Movement was to the east
at around 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of two and a half
to three inches. Coverage, and intensity increased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this evening, mostly clear, a
chance of thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe .
