.DISCUSSION...Southeasterly winds will continue through the evening hours
with gusts slowly diminishing with loss of surface heating after 2000.
Expect east-southeasterly winds to continue through the overnight hours.
A fairly shallow inversion will remain in place tonight with winds
15-20 mph at the top of the inversion (~500-750 feet AGL); winds around
10 mph at the surface. Overnight RH recovery will be modest (~55-60%).

Tomorrow will be around 5-8 degrees warmer than today with daytime minimum
RH falling to around 20% by 1500. Winds will begin out of the southeast at
daybreak, and shift to south then quickly southwest after 1100-1200 as
peak mixing begins. Sustained winds will be around 10 mph with gusts
hitting 20 mph throughout the afternoon. High level clouds will increase
during the afternoon, although sky cover will remain under 40%.
