FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow, blowing snow, and mixed precipitation. Total snow
  accumulations of 4 to 9 inches and ice accumulations of a
  light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Noatak Valley.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM AKDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.

A Winter Storm Warning for snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. This will make travel very
