* LOCATION...THE BEACHES OF NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE.

* RISK OF RIP CURRENTS...HIGH.

* SURF HEIGHT...4 TO 7 FEET.

* TIMING AND TIDES...LOW TIDE ALONG THE OCEAN FRONT WILL BE IN THE
  PRE DAWN HOURS TUESDAY AND THE EARLY EVENING HOURS TUESDAY
  NIGHT.

* OUTLOOK...THE THREAT FOR DANGEROUS RIP CURRENTS WILL LIKELY BE
  HIGH FOR MUCH OF THE UPCOMING WEEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD. IF CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT, RELAX AND
FLOAT. DON`T SWIM AGAINST THE CURRENT. IF ABLE, SWIM IN A
DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE SHORELINE. IF UNABLE TO ESCAPE, FACE THE
SHORE AND CALL OR WAVE FOR HELP.
