SPRING 2016 AT FARGO HECTOR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS THE FIFTH WARMEST
ON RECORD WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 47.6 DEGREES WITH THE RECORD
BEING 50.2 IN 2012. THE SEASON STARTED VERY DRY BUT ABUNDANT RAINFALL
DURING THE MONTH OF MAY RAISED THE PRECIPITATION TOTAL UP...BUT STILL
HAD A DEFICIT OF 0.98 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
