THE SUMMER SEASON AT GRAND FORKS NWS/UND SITE WAS NEAR NORMAL WITH
RESPECT TO TEMPERATURES. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE SUMMER WAS
68.3 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.5 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE SUMMER WAS BELOW NORMAL.  THE TOTAL RAINFALL
FOR THE SUMMER WAS 7.92 INCHES WHICH IS 2.13 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
