.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
Northerly outflow winds will increase Saturday as a dissipating
gale force low moves into the southeast gulf. Another low
pressure system and its associated weather front will move
southeast across the gulf and panhandle Sunday through Monday.
