.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Strong north flow and hazardous seas continue over the offshore
waters. As high pressure moves into the region, winds and seas
will continue to further diminish and subside. A weak to moderate
east flow will develop tonight and then become southeast flow on
Monday as the high moves east. Isolated showers will be possible
Monday and Monday night in response to a weak coastal trough. A
weak onshore flow is expected Tuesday into Tuesday evening. A
moderate offshore flow will develop late Tuesday night into
Wednesday as a surge of surface high pressure moves across the
coastal waters. Additional isolated showers are anticipated
Tuesday night in response to the surge and the associated upper
level disturbance. Offshore flow will weaken on Thursday and
become onshore Friday.
