Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 15Z...or 8 AM PDT...A 1030 MB high was
located 900 NM west of Seattle while a 1006 MB thermal low was
over southeast California. The high will weaken some but move closer
to the west coast through the end of the week, with a gusty
northwest wind regime persisting.
