...VERY WET SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY FOR SOUTHERN PANHANDLE...

A COMPLEX LOW WITH CONNECTION TO SUBTROPICAL MOISTURE WILL MARCH
NORTHEAST INTO THE NORTHEAST GULF OF ALASKA SUNDAY NIGHT AND
WEAKEN...WHILE ANOTHER WAVE WILL FOLLOW CLOSE BEHIND ON MONDAY.
RAINS FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES OVER THE SOUTHERN
PANHANDLE. WITH RECENT RAINS OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS MOISTENING THE
HIGHER TERRAIN...DOWNPOURS FROM THIS SYSTEM WILL RAISE RIVER AND
STREAM LEVELS. AT THIS TIME...BETWEEN 1.5 TO 3.5 INCHES OF
RAINFALL IS FORECAST TO FALL BETWEEN SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY. IN
ADDITION...BREEZY CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES.

RESIDENTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT THAT RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL RISE
SIGNIFICANTLY WITH THIS EVENT.

CONDITIONS WARRANT.
