THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBUQUERQUE HAS EXPANDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF NORTH AND CENTRAL NM...
  INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...DE BACA COUNTY...EASTERN LINCOLN
  COUNTY AND ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

* UNTIL 10 PM MDT THIS EVENING

* A BACK DOOR COLD FRONT MOVING INTO THE PLAINS WILL PROVIDE FOCUS
  FOR NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
  LATE THIS EVENING. DUE TO A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE...
  ANY STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF VERY HEAVY RAIN. SLOW MOVING OR
  TRAINING STORMS WILL EXACERBATE THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT. ONE
  TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  POSSIBLE.

* URBAN DRAINAGES WILL BE THE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING
  IF HEAVY RAINFALL DEVELOPS.

  UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE...ANY STORM WILL BE CAPABLE OF VERY HEAVY
  RAIN. SLOW MOVING OR TRAINING STORMS WILL EXACERBATE THE FLASH
  FLOODING THREAT. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY...WITH
